2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of entrance tickets („Tickets“) for events as well as the purchase of merchandise articles (e.g., T-shirts), specifically for sales via Eventbrite.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded upon completion of the ordering process via Eventbrite. The contracting partner is Out of Control Crew. For payment processing and platform use, the terms and conditions of Eventbrite apply additionally.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euro. The prices displayed at the time of purchase apply. Eventbrite may charge additional service or payment fees.

5. Tickets and Events 5.1 Right of Access:

The purchase of a ticket grants the buyer the right of access to the specified event. 5.2 No Right of Withdrawal for Tickets: In accordance with Art. VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (implementing EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), there is no right of withdrawal for services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period. Therefore, cancellation or exchange of tickets is excluded.5.3 Cancellation or Changes: If an event is cancelled, the ticket price will be refunded. In the event of significant changes to the date or location, the buyer is entitled to a refund of the ticket price. Further claims (e.g., travel or accommodation costs) are excluded to the extent permitted by law. 5.4 Exclusion of Participants: In the event of violations of safety or conduct rules, participants may be excluded from the event. In such cases, there is no right to a refund.

6. Merchandise (e.g., T-shirts) 6.1 Product Information:

Product descriptions and size specifications are provided to the best of our knowledge. Minor deviations are reserved. 6.2 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (Goods):Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods for online purchases. To exercise this right, a clear statement via email to oocdnbcrew@gmail.com is sufficient. After the goods have been returned, the purchase price will be refunded. The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. No right of withdrawal exists for personalized or custom-made items.

7. Liability

The liability of Out of Control Crew is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. No liability is accepted for personal belongings.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law

Belgian law applies.
