Kabelsalad Festival is green ?

🌿 Kabelsalat Festival: Green & Clean 🌿

The Kabelsalat Festival is going green! 🌳 We are celebrating in the heart of nature, right by a beautiful small pond. 🌊 Because we love this spot, it is incredibly important to us to respect the environment and keep the site spotless. ✨

Here’s how we’re making a difference together:

  • 🗑️ Trash Management: Every camper will receive a trash bag at check-in. Please use it to keep your area clean!
  • 🥤 Reusable Cups: We exclusively use reusable deposit cups to make sure no plastic ends up in nature.
  • 🪵 Wooden Tokens: Our drink tokens are made entirely of wood instead of plastic.
  • 🍔 Eco-Catering: For all our food, we use recycled napkins and biodegradable burger paper. ♻️

Let’s enjoy the music, celebrate together, and keep our pond pristine! 🎶💚

Safety ?

Your Safety & Wellbeing 🛡️

Your health and safety are our top priorities. To ensure everyone has a great time, we’ve provided several resources throughout the festival grounds.

Support & The Psycare Area 🛋️

If you feel unwell, overwhelmed, or unsafe, please know that help is always nearby:

  • Psycare Area (by ASL): A dedicated space where you can rest, recover, and find a calm environment. 🏥
  • Free Water & Energy Boosts: Staying hydrated and energized is essential! We provide free water, as well as free fruit and dextrose (Traubenzucker) to help you regain your energy. 💧🍎🍬
  • Reach Out: If you are feeling uneasy or "not quite right," speak to the staff in the Psycare Area. You can also approach any bar staff or festival employee at any time for assistance. 🙋‍♀️

Health & Prevention 🩹

We want you to enjoy the music today and still hear it tomorrow:

  • Hearing Protection: Free earplugs are available at the entrance to protect your ears from high volume levels. 👂🔊
  • Alcohol Breathalyzers: Unsure if you are fit to drive? We provide free breathalyzer tests so you can check your alcohol level. 🚗🍷⚠️ Note: These tests are for guidance only; results are used at your own risk and do not guarantee legal fitness to drive.

Look Out for One Another 🤝

A festival is a community. We kindly ask all visitors to:

  • Stay Alert: Keep an eye on your friends and those around you. 👀
  • Help Out: If you notice someone who needs help or looks distressed, please step in or alert a member of our staff immediately. ❤️

Have a safe and incredible festival! 🎉✨

  • Wheelchair Access: Every stage at the festival is fully wheelchair accessible.
  • Assistance: If you require any help during the event, please don't hesitate to reach out to the festival organizers or staff on-site. We will do everything we can to support you and ensure you have a great time.
  • Contact in Advance: To help us prepare for your visit or if you have specific questions, feel free to contact us ahead of time at oocdnbcrew@gmail.com

Are children and pets allowed ?

👶 Children & Pets Policy

Children and pets are more than welcome at the festival! However, please keep in mind that this is a high-volume event environment.

🏕️ Accommodation Advice

If you are attending with children, we strongly recommend against staying at the campsite. Since the camping area is located directly on the festival grounds, loud music will continue until 03:00 AM. For a better experience and a good night's sleep, we suggest looking for a quiet Airbnb or hotel in the nearby area.

🎟️ Free Entry for Kids

  • Admission: Children up to and including 12 years old enjoy free entry.
  • Supervision: Entry is only permitted when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

🎧 Hearing Protection

Due to high volume levels, it is mandatory for children to wear hearing protection at all times while on the grounds.

Note: Forgot yours? No problem. Free earplugs are available for you at the main entrance!

🐾 Pet Welfare

The well-being of your animals is important to us. If your pet is sensitive to loud noises or large crowds, we strongly recommend leaving them comfortably at home for their own peace of mind.

⚖️ Responsibility

Please note that as a parent, guardian, or pet owner, you carry the full responsibility for the safety and behavior of your children and animals throughout the entire event.
